Renovating the Right Way

As a small developer, we have learned to concentrate on those things we do well.  We purchase and renovate residential real estate for resale.  We often work on properties that have fundamental layout problems.  We redesign the houses and quickly rebuild them with quality materials that will benefit the occupants for years to come.  

What's New?

In late 2010, the City of Portland awarded Amethyst Development a contract to renovate and resell six single family homes in East Portland, all in strict accordance with the mission and various goals of the City. Work commensed in early July and we recently began listing those houses for sale.
